Si Dog

Meet Dog, that's how my friend Johnny named her and she, we kinda used to it. She's a 5 month old (i think) camp dog. An abandoned dog inside red sea camp. I never met her mother and littermate. There was a big male dog before inside our camp, I think that's her father. But I only met that dog once and never seen him again inside the camp. I always wanted to pet her because I miss my dogs so much. I once bathed her but she still has a smell. Whenever she's in front of my door I would always let her in and give her some food and water to drink. She's a smart dog. She is very attentive and responsive. She knows how to fetch! I once saw a man playing fetch with her using a bottle of mineral water. She's great in that game. After office, she never fails to wait for us in front of the main door. When she got to see our shuttle approaching her, you would see her very excited and happy. A very sweet dog. If it's only not that difficult to bring Dog in the Philippines, I wont hesitate to bring her home. =(

Most of the time she would sleep in front of my door like a real guard and watch dog.

After I bathed her. She stings a lot! hehe

I gave her some water to drink.

I miss you Dog! =i

First vet visit

Today is the first vet visit of the puppies. They are scheduled to be tail-docked and have their dew claw removed. I asked my mom to send pictures immediately. When I saw their pictures, I was surprised to see how big and healthy the puppies are. My mom told me that the biggest weighs 500+ grams. Half a kilo for a ten day old minipin pup?! Definitely an obese minipin in the making. hehehe. Others are not far behind. Both weigh 400+ grams. Pretty healthy litter huh?! Good job Maven!

History repeats itself

Again, just like what happened on her first litter, another puppy died after 5 days. He was week before he died. He couldn't suckle. He's not crawling towards her mom. That time, I knew he's not gonna make it if he'll not make any good progress. Morning of August 25 I received a text from my mom saying that the red one just died and my father buried him already. That's life.
